Professional Degree Programs
Our graduate degree develops a student’s capacity for creative, cumulative and critical thinking, design literacy, and lifelong cultivation of design capabilities. Accredited by the National Architecture Accrediting Board (NAAB) it is for students who seek professional licensure. Ball State University offers two options for completing the Master of Architecture professional degree.
The two-year Master of Architecture program is for students with an undergraduate pre-professional degree in architecture from a school with an accredited program.
The three-year Master of Architecture program is for students with an undergraduate degree in a field other than architecture.
Ball State University's Department of Architecture offers two graduate certificates that allow students to distinguish themselves with an area of focus.
